Carter turned professional in 2022 after finishing his collegiate career at the University of Southern Maine, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in finance.
Carter has been in the golf industry for 9 years. His dedication to helping players improve has allowed him to develop lasting personal relationships with golfers of all abilities.
In 2022, Carter was nominated for the Maine Chapter Assistant Professional of the year.

Ryan Mondor
Director of Player Development
Before turning professional in 2008 Ryan’s first ever job in golf was here at BSCC when he was just 14.
Since then, he has been 1st Assistant at Sable Oaks GC, Cape Neddick CC, and Contra Costa CC in California.
Over that time, he has developed a teaching philosophy that caters to the specific goals of the player.
